The holiday season is upon us….no better time to go streaking, right? Yes! Then join the holiday #plankstreak ! No it’s not planking naked (unless you really want to!), it means planking once a day EVERYDAY between Thanksgiving and New Years Day. This is 36 days straight of planking. Plank for as short or as long as you like, just get in at least 1 plank a day. If 1 plank a day is child’s play for you, then shoot for a set (front, right side, left side) of planks each day. We challenge YOU to keep the streak alive through January 1 so you can kick off a hard core 2015!
